Follow each property through its three listing forms — Property Details, Listing Contract and Upload Photos — and see at a glance which are submitted. If you saved Property Details to finish later, tap Resume to pick up where you left off. Property Details and Upload Photos can be edited for 10 days after you submit them.
Complete and electronically sign the disclosures required for your property, such as the Seller’s Property Disclosure and the lead paint disclosure, right from your dashboard. You will only see the forms that apply to your property. Your progress saves automatically so you can finish later, each co-owner receives their own link to sign, and a signed copy is emailed to you as soon as everyone has signed.
Once your property is on the MLS, see your listing status, list date, expiration date, contract date, and closing date — all updated automatically.
View buyer inquiries and lead calls logged for your listing. You will see if action is needed, along with contact information — phone numbers and emails are clickable. No call summary is available because once a lead contacts us, we only provide your contact info.
Submit changes to your listing or notify us of a signed contract, closing date changes, or status updates — with your information pre-filled for convenience.
Review all your edit and status update requests with their current approval status. Open tickets can be cancelled directly from the dashboard.
